To everyone reading this blog, thank you for helping me grow ACHD&me over the past year into a community where heart patients, parents and family can understand some of the challenges (and celebrations) that daily life with CHD can bring.
To further the growth of ACHD&me, I decided to redesign. After exploring my options, I decided to change platforms, as the layout I envisioned was very limiting on blogger. (I even decided to finally pay for my own domain (!)). You can find the new ACHD&me at:

The majority of the posts from this site have been migrated over to the new one, and with this, categories have been created to give a clearer direction of the bigger issues with life with ACHD (for example, mental health and body positivity.)
